There are various methods available today for enabling customer service such as messaging, emails, etc. but phone calls still hold the first position which is a very helpful way to communicate with the customers. Unfortunately, customer calling is not seen as an easy task. It is found sometimes that instead of helping the customer; if the customer service executive is not properly trained then the problem goes from bad to worse. So, proper training should be provided to each of the executives to render proper service to the customers over the calls.
